All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment has been received.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

All orders are shipped from Belgium using bpost.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Delivery times vary depending on your destination:

• Belgium: 1–2 business days after dispatch

• Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• Worldwide: 7–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other unforeseen delays.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages
